Dinner at President Ero and Sister Molly's Home

After District Conference we are invited to President Ero (2nd Counselor in Mission Presidency) for dinner.  Sister Molly is a fabulous cook.  I have not been a big fan of shepherds pie but her recipe is so good that I had 3 helpings and would have gone for 4 but no room left.  The salad below is so good with her homemade oil dressing.
