Our Hot Rod

After dropping the Nielson's off at the airport, we started home driving our new hot rod, a Proton. Elder Boyter jumped into the right hand drivers seat and I pulled out the garmin and away we went. We put in our directions and tried to follow the instructions. We got home from the airport safely. And we are driving all over town. There are very few bicycles on the road. In fact I have only seen the elders and sisters riding bikes. Lots of motor bikes. They are more like scooters. They pass on both sides of the car. Lots of round abouts with cars zooming in and out. It takes elder Boyters full attention to watch for cars and my full attention to read the garmin and find the directions and road signs. Most roads are not marked

Each day is better at feeling comfortable driving.

  1. I'll bet the new driving experience is kind of fun. Snazzy!
